Description:  MCFG seeks one to two Claim Negotiators

Duties: The Claims Negotiator will work on behalf of MCFG clients (insurance carriers, third party administrators and self-funded employers) to negotiate discounts off allowable charges for out-of-network medical claims. The negotiator will be responsible for settling claims between MCFG clients and hospitals, physicians and ancillary care providers.

Experience:  The ideal candidate will posses the following experience and skills:

• Two-plus years in advance-fund repricing

• PC efficient with the Internet, PC faxing, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• Excellent data entry-typing skills

• Comfortable making 80 to 100 telephone calls per day

• Some college education

• Results oriented and able to work independently

• The ability to teach and mentor others members of the MCFG negotiation team
